5XFZ-25S seed cleaner with gravity table includes elevator, vertical air screen, cyclone dusting system, platform and vibration classification screen.

This air-screen cleaner removes dust, chaff, shell, light impurities, and light material particles such as blighted seeds, budding seeds, damaged seeds (by insects), rotten seeds, deteriorated seeds, moldy seeds, non-viable seeds, seeds with black spot. Our seed cleaner can also remove large and small impurities by affiliated sieves.

The 5XFJ-10C vibration sorting machine works by configuring sieves with different specifications. The sieve is used to divide materials into different grades. With three layers of sieves, the materials can be divided into 3 to 4 grades, and with four layers, the materials will be divided into 4 to 5 grades.

The 5XFZ-25S air-screen cleaner can connect with 5XFJ-10C vibration grader directly with no elevator is required.

Capacity of seed cleaner: 7-8t/h for soybean, and 10t/h for wheat.
